The company was founded in 1995. In 2005 it acquired the former military MRO company in Přelouč and in 2013 the military repair company in Šternberk with a tradition of production and repair of special equipment since 1951.

  • It manufactures and supplies ground equipment for security forces and rescue services.
  • It manufactures and repairs engines and spare parts for military wheeled and tracked vehicles.
  • It covers the entire vehicle lifecycle—complete repair service, refurbishment and retrofit solutions.
  • It offers new vehicle types that are the product of its own development. These include the Dita and Morana howitzers, the Treva-30 recovery vehicle, the AM-70 EX bridge laying vehicle, and the Decon decontamination vehicle.
  • It sells weapons, ammunition, and other military materiel.
