Code of Conduct
This Code of Conduct applies to all employees, whether in the technical, managerial or blue-collar professions, management the company and its management. Some of its provisions also apply to specific groups of employees (e.g. salespeople) or affect entities outside CSG Mobility (e.g. suppliers) in the Czech Republic and other countries where CSG Mobility operates.

CSG is a group that brings together a number of manufacturing and trading companies specializing in military and civilian production and is based primarily in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. We are proud of our traditional values and therefore it is extremely important for us not only to be worthy bearers of the MADE IN CZECHOSLOVAKIA brand, but also to preserve the Czech and Slovak industrial tradition for future generations.
Our dedicated employees are committed to maintaining this proud tradition and thanks to their skills and hard work we have managed to revive several traditional Czech and Slovak brands and enable them to thrive again. We value our employees and their work immensely and their satisfaction is a key priority for us.
As Czechoslovak Group continues to expand its scope of activities, it is essential to maintain the Group's excellent reputation - not only through the dedication and integrity of our employees, but also by creating a healthy corporate culture based on complete transparency and full compliance with all applicable laws and standards.
This Code of Conduct forms the basis of the Group's entire compliance programme. It applies to all employees - everyone, regardless of their position or level of management, is required to comply with this Code at all times.
